About — the FFVCoin universe

FFVCoin is an ecosystem designed to execute a crypto-economic disruption of agricultural production financing. We are shifting American farmers from distressed debtors to liquid, sovereign enterprises. The enterprise operates across a strategic trinity:

FFVCoin.org

The Foundation

Our 501(c)(3) non-profit, charitable, and research arm. The Foundation funds RDTESG (research, development, test, evaluation, simulation, and gaming) to build the FFVCoin system, rehabilitate distressed farms, and study operational excellence for national food security.

FFVCoin.net

The Cooperative & Patrons

Farmers and producers join to collaborate, share resources, and create structured FFVCoin offerings. Patrons tokenize part of their operation—hard assets plus anticipated future farm value—while targeting >>51% operational control to protect legacy.

FFVCoin.com

Investors & the Market

Investor members (typically non-voting in the FFVCoin.net cooperative) crowdfund patron offerings through digital tokens—from a broad index to sub-coins such as FFVBeef or FFVDairy. Hold for yield or redeem through the market for discounted, premium, USA-grown physical food.

Platform & Technology

The FFVCoin software platform is developed at the personal expense of the founder through Continuum Meta Holdings, LLC (CMH). CMH holds the intellectual property for the FFVCoin platform and the dArwIn development framework. No external development funding. No profit objective.

The Foundation holds a permanent, zero-cost perpetual license to the platform. Source code is structured for delivery to the Foundation on a practical timeline as the platform matures — not a fixed deadline. The arrangement is founder-to-Foundation at cost; technology compensation is structured at cost plus G&A overhead only.

Seeking interns — Farm & AI

The FFVCoin Foundation is building the future of American agriculture with AI, robotics, and tokenized field operations. We are looking for motivated individuals ready to work in both soil and code.

Unpaid · Expert Training

Agricultural & AI Research Internships

Work directly on live Keyboard-to-Dirt pilots — from grain recapitalization modeling to robotics field testing to Cloud AI infrastructure. This is not a desk job. You will be in the field and in the code.

  • Farm operations — livestock, grain, and specialty crop field work alongside active pilots
  • AI & data science — Vertex AI, simulation modeling, FFVCoin tokenomics research
  • Systems engineering — Cloud Onion Infrastructure, autonomous governance, RDTESG pipelines
  • Policy & advocacy — BBtD / Sovereign Reset research, federal alignment strategy

Compensation is expert training — direct mentorship from a 35-patent inventor with Boeing/DARPA/AFRL background and contributor to over $80M in federal contract awards at Boeing. Credential-building work on projects with national significance.

To apply: FFVCoin001@FFVCoin.org — include your background and which pilot area interests you most.

American context — policy segment

EDITORIAL OPINION — NOT FOUNDATION POLICY: The BBtD / Sovereign Reset materials are the strictly personal editorial opinion of the individual founder. Not a position, statement, advocacy, or lobbying effort of FFVCoin.org Foundation or any 501(c)(3) entity.

FFVCoin is built on U.S. soil and U.S. food security. The Baby Boom the Debt (BBtD) materials are a separate policy handout on voluntary Roth conversion at scale, debt repatriation, and Social Security solvency — framed for bipartisan, nationwide discussion. Same country, same long-term stake in farmers and families.

The Sovereign Reset (BBtD)

American wealth realization and debt repatriation — voluntary Roth conversion at scale for debt reduction and Social Security solvency. Senate-style handout: problem, mechanism, illustrative charts, bipartisan frame.

Plain-English glossary

New here? These are the key terms used across FFVCoin.org — no crypto background needed.

FFVCoin
Future Farm Value Coin — a digital token backed by real U.S. farm assets. Holders own a micro-share of American agricultural production and can redeem tokens for discounted, USA-grown food.
FFV
Future Farm Value — the anticipated productive and economic value of a farm operation over time. FFV is what gets tokenized: land, livestock, anticipated harvests, infrastructure.
BBtD
Baby Boom the Debt — a policy document on voluntary Roth conversion, national debt repatriation, and Social Security solvency. Bipartisan framing for a "Sovereign Reset" of American household wealth. Separate from FFVCoin operations but sharing the same national food-security mission.
GoFarmMe
GoFarmMe — FFVCoin's crowdfunding model (think GoFundMe, but for farms). Each GoFarmMe pilot is a defined fundraising sprint tied to a specific agricultural project. IRS 1023-EZ approved — live fundraising launches upon TEOS listing.
RDTESG
Research, Development, Test, Evaluation, Simulation & Gaming — the Foundation's full mission scope: from scientific farming research and AI development to simulation modeling and educational gaming for food-system literacy.
Keyboard-to-Dirt
Our operating philosophy: ideas go directly from AI-assisted design ("keyboard") to live field implementation ("dirt"). No prolonged bureaucracy between concept and action.
501(c)(3)
IRS designation for a tax-exempt public charity. FFVCoin.org Foundation holds this status (EIN 41-4807034), meaning donations are tax-deductible and the Foundation operates for public benefit — not private profit.
EIN
Employer Identification Number — a federal tax ID issued by the IRS, like a Social Security number for a business or nonprofit. FFVCoin-org Foundation EIN: 41-4807034.
Patron
A farmer or producer who joins the FFVCoin Cooperative (FFVCoin.net) to tokenize part of their operation. Patrons target to retain >>51% operational control of their farm — FFVCoin is a financing tool, not a buyout.
Investor
An individual or institution who purchases FFVCoin tokens through crowdfunded pilot offerings. Investor members are typically non-voting members of the FFVCoin.net cooperative — holding digital tokens representing a stake in real farm assets, redeemable for physical food or held for yield.
