Sovereign Reset one-pager — PRINT CHEAT SHEET ============================================== File to open: Sovereign_Reset_ONE_PAGE.html (same folder as this note) Handout ver: v1.04 · April 2026 Printer: Dell 3100cn (color laser, Letter) You cannot “save” margin settings inside the HTML — the browser always shows a Print box. Follow these steps each time (takes under a minute). OPTION A — Print straight from the browser (fastest) ------------------------------------------------------ 1. Double-click Sovereign_Reset_ONE_PAGE.html (or open in Firefox). 2. Ctrl+P (or menu → Print). 3. Destination: your Dell 3100cn (or “Print to File” if testing). 4. Paper size: Letter (8.5 × 11 in). 5. Scale: 100% — NOT “Shrink to fit” unless the preview shows 2 pages. 6. Margins: Default (or Normal). If the TOP of the title is cut off, choose Minimum or slightly larger top margin — this printer cannot print truly edge-to-edge. 7. Pages: 1 (if it says 2, tell the operator — layout needs another tweak). 8. Color: On (handout has light pastel backgrounds). 9. Print. OPTION B — PDF first (often safest for this printer) ---------------------------------------------------- 1. Open Sovereign_Reset_ONE_PAGE.html in Firefox. 2. Ctrl+P → Destination: Save as PDF → Save. 3. Open the PDF → Ctrl+P → Dell 3100cn → same settings as above (Letter, 100%). TROUBLESHOOTING --------------- • Top or sides clipped? Use Default/Normal margins, not “None”. • Text too small? Scale should be 100%; do not zoom out the page before printing. • Two pages in preview? Tell the operator (canonical file should be one sheet). Snapshot copy (frozen): Sovereign_Reset_ONE_PAGE_v1.04.html
